Posted January 18 We've just released another minor compatibility update for LSPDFR 0.4.8 (Build 7688) which further improves compatibility for the latest version of GTA V (v2189) - The Cayo Perico Heist. The changes in this updated version of LSPDFR are mainly technical in nature, including our internal pathfinding and LSPDFR engine tweaks to support pursuits, backup and some other aspects of LSPDFR on the new island. Aside from this, there are a number of smaller changes: The optional player holster/unholster animations added in LSPDFR 0.4.7, but disabled in the first release of 0.4.8 for compatibility reasons, have been re-enabled. Player character voices are now persistent across game sessions. A couple of new API functions have also been added or tweaked (see this post for details) Note that LSPDFR does not load the Cayo Perico island by default. If you wish to play LSPDFR on Cayo Perico, you will need to use another mod to load it such as the Cayo Perico Island for Single Player mod by @Vincentsgm Also, as the Cayo Perico island was developed exclusively for GTA On-line and does not have its own police or fire services, we have been forced to make a couple of decisions as to how LSPDFR should work on it by default, without other mods or custom settings: Cayo Perico now comes predefined in our XML data, with the Park Rangers as the default agency.
If playing solo, just scope out the main reward and move on to scouting the main docks for additional loot to fill you bags, as you will not be able to open the houses inside the compound for the loot there as they require 2 keycards simultaneously.

The Kosatka Submarine is how you are able to start the mission. It is available from the Warstock Cache and Carry which is where you will need to buy it from. On the D-Pad press the up arrow to open your phone.
The island is never mentioned by name in the characters' dialogues. This may mean that Cayo Perico's name came at the end of the development of the DLC. Most dialogues refer it as "paradise".

But Kwenchy Kups and VO5 is not the vibe on Cayo Perico, nor the whole update's impressive musical focus, for that matter. Rockstar has once again added some serious names and songs to the game. There are three new radio stations and several exclusive tunes, including an unbelievably good (still unreleased) track from Burna Boy which you can hear in the update's trailer.
Can you change the position of this map? I would rather it be West of the Los Santos map and not south east right beside liberty city. It looks weird.
We like day time but night time is the same just dark and we use conspirator weapons with suppressors.
Yeah, i feel you, it’s a lot of steps just to wonder in a map that was supposed to be available. As our community says there are faster methods there. I just tried to come up with one that has 100% accuracy. Hope the community here will improve my method and make it easier eventually
